A fixed turnover box and a box with casters - one is the workhorse for stable stacking, the other the expert for flexible turnover. Which to choose depends on whether your material stays put in stacks or moves around.

A fixed turnover box (fixed box) has fixed walls with good structural rigidity and high load capacity, suiting stacked storage: boxes stack one on another to save space, and whole boxes are easy to lift or shovel with a forklift. The drawback is that moving it basically relies on a forklift or crane; it cannot be pushed by hand.

A box with casters has wheels at the bottom so a person can push it around the workshop, suiting frequent flow between workstations and easy loading/unloading. But casters take up one layer of height, so when stacking it generally cannot stack as high as a fixed box, and load is also limited by the caster rating.

How to choose: if material needs long-term stacking with fixed positions, choose a fixed turnover box; if material must flow frequently between workstations and processes, choose a box with casters; if you need both stacking and occasional movement, consider a fixed box with a forklift, or a caster box stacked in fewer layers.
