Logistics material boxes and turnover racks are mainly moved around the workshop by forklifts and AGVs. Whether the bottom structure and forklift-slot design match directly determines whether handling is smooth and safe.

First, forklifts. Forklift handling relies on the forks sliding into the forklift slots (fork openings) at the bottom of the box. The slot width must accommodate the forks, and the slot openings need some guidance and edge guards to keep the fork tips from scratching the box. The bottom frame needs enough reinforcing beams so it does not deform or sag under heavy handling, and lifts stably.

Next, AGVs. Most AGVs use under-sliding or fork-lift styles, and they are stricter about bottom flatness and support height. The bottom must be flat with regular support positions so the AGV can align precisely and lift stably; protruding objects or uneven heights at the bottom make the AGV miss alignment or fail to lift.

Bottom clearance also matters: forklift handling needs room for the forks to enter, while under-sliding AGVs require bottom height to match the AGV lift stroke. Before purchasing, it is best to tell the manufacturer the forklift fork spacing, AGV model and lift height, so the bottom structure is designed around your actual handling conditions.
