A heavy-duty plate box encloses the four sides of the material box with steel plates. It generally has a large load capacity and can be designed for stacking; there are also non-foldable designs, and boxes with a relatively large load generally adopt a non-foldable material box design. The materials of a Nanjing heavy-duty plate box are generally as follows: posts use square tubes, the frame and bottom frame use square or rectangular tubes, the door frame uses small rectangular tubes, and the four surrounding doors and bottom are welded from cold-rolled sheet.
